Real estate twilight photos are $149. Typically a twilight shoot includes 1-3 images. While that might sound like a lot for just a few images, keep in mind that this is typically the primary image for the listing, so it's the first thing a potential buyer will see. By showing your house in its best possible light, you can count on more views.

Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before sunset and turn on all interior and exterior lights on the day of the photo shoot. Also, be sure that the lawn is mowed, tools and trash are out of sight and leaves and debris are removed. It's also a good idea to trim any shrubs that are out of control, put down some fresh mulch (if needed), and plant some annuals if you haven't already.
